Pucca De'Flor says,"Everyone around here looks forward to Halloween. It's the only time of year I make my famous candied apples!

I was just about to make another batch, but I ran out of caramel.

Fetch some from Halloween Harry, and I'll give you a sweet treat! "

Pucca De'Flor is all out of caramel to make more caramel covered apples. Get some caramel for her from Halloween Harry in Sanctuary.
