This Place is a quest hub in the Reshanta Quest Series.

Notes

A Teleporter NPC exists on the pad in Lower Layer and Upper Layer, providing transport between the two layers. There are also four Elite guards to help protect those making use of this service. However, the Shards, East and West, are frequently the sites of impromptu battles between the two factions.
