Discard (LoN)  

The Discard Pile

• At the beginning of the game, no cards will be found in the Discard pile.

• When a card is removed from play, it is placed in your Discard pile.

Discarding Cards

• You will be required to discard cards during gameplay fairly frequently. Reasons for discarding a card include:

• Re-drawing your Hand at the beginning of the match.

• Your opponent removes an Item or Unit card from play through damage or an activated ability.

• You sacrifice a card, removing it from play in order to activate an ability.

• You play a piece of equipment whose slot is already occupied causing that card to be discarded.
