Notes
On the map, Dirmoi Valley is labeled as the sealed area inside a ring of mountains, but it also includes a large area of the countryside outside the mountains. We have, so far, found no way to get inside the mountains but we know we can as Dirmoi Valley is the only place in Elysea where Foul Wind Spirits can be found, and they are the mob that drops the Summon Wind Spirit IV training manual.
