Notes
At 1403.2, 2317.4, 69.6 there is a rockfall blocking the path. You can clear the fall by attacking it. Once cleared you will find the Dead Body of Shugo Merchant under the rocks. We do not, yet, know what this body is for but assume it is involved in a quest.
