Outside of the Sarnak of Gorowyn, who are so different they are almost another race, there are several tribes of "wild" Sarnak in Kunark. Collectively, these are known as the Di'Zok.

- Di'zok - Plain, ugly and fairly dumb, these are found in Kylong Plains around the tower strongholds of Ru'Kaus and Charnax.
- The Gwalnax Brigade in Kylong Plains near Chardok
- Bathezid's Watch in Fens of Nathsar
- The Sel'Nok Brigade in Jarsath Wastes
