Talk with Tofa in Morheim at Desert Garrison once you have reached at least Level 27. Description Level 29 Destroying the Mau Flag Destroy the Ice Claw Flags (0/5). Basic Reward XP † 4,100  Greater Power Shard (100)

Quest Notes

The flags are found everywhere in Ice Claw Village. I suppose if you follow behind a group and could shadow them for your updates you could solo this, but you probably should just get a group doing all the Group quests and just get these as you go.

The flags repop fast and must be beaten down, taking 1 pt of damage from every attack, no matter how powerful.
