Analysis
A Costume is a benign status effect.
Costumes change a character's appearance until the costume wears off or is removed.
Costume effects are most often encountered during special events, and may only be used inside cities and towns.
A character cannot use any abilities or interact with the environment while under the effect of the costume.
Equipping a Pitchfork +1 will grant a slight movement speed increase whilst under the effect of Costume.
