Cooldown (WoW)
Cooldowns are any ability that, when used, starts a period of inactivity; where the ability cannot be used.
Usually this is a period of anywhere from 5 seconds up to 30 minutes. A Hearthstone is a good example of a cooldown, as using it will cause it to be unusable for the next 60 minutes.
