Claim Items
Claim items are promotional, veteran, or other rewards accessible by typing /claim in your chat window. With Rise of Kunark, all expansion and adventure pack /claim items became available to anyone owning Rise of Kunark.
Pre-order, box, or other game purchase items
Original Release
- Journeyman's Boots - One may be claimed per account. You receive:

Veteran's Rewards
Veteran's Rewards are awarded by account age. Included in this is an extra 90 days for every expansion owned by the account except The Shadow Odyssey. You can see you account age in your Character Window, in the Details tab. These rewards may be claimed once per character. See: Veteran's Rewards
Legends of Norrath
These items drop as Legends of Norrath cards, and must be redeemed in the LoN client before they appear in your /claim window. LoN Items are from the card of the same name unless otherwise indicated.

Living Legacy World Event
On June 2, 2008, SOE launched the Living Legacy promotion to honor the millions of past, present and future EverQuest and EverQuest II players. New and returning players received:

- Marble Effigy of Al'Kabor - Incentive for players who resubscribed between December 9 and 31, 2009.
- Cloak of Pie - a reward from the ConnecDING! Promotion
- Community Cushion - a reward from the ConnecDING! Promotion
- Battleground Frontiersman's Cloak - Reward for players who assisted on the Test or Test Copy servers during Battlegrounds testing.
- Starter Furniture Pack - Only available on EQ2 Extended servers. The exact criteria for obtaining this pack is still unknown.
- Universal Trial: Green Journeyman's Cloak & Potion Pack - Available on EQ2 Extended servers for players during soft launch and also available to Live server players who have created a character on EQ2X. The exact criteria for obtaining this pack is still unknown.
- Staff of the Rising Phoenix - Available to residents of the Freeport server to celebrate the official launch of EQII Extended. Claim period ends 11:59 pm PDT on Sunday, October 3rd, 2010.
