With patch 3.0 and the move to Totally Free, you are limited to four characters per server. If you played previously and have more you will be required to delete some before you can play any character on that server!

If you decide later that you totally blew it when you originally created your character, there is a Cosmetic Surgery NPC in each city, as well as a Daeva of Cosmetics that can change superficial items such as your hair style, hair color, and tatoos.
