Xanx are extremely large, spider-like creatures. Beginning in Divide you will encounter some that can burrow underground, emerging to surprise the unwary. Xanx have a ranged web attack that can prevent your movement.
Xanx are Cannibalistic and a dead Xanx will often draw another to the corpse, making for an excellent way to kill a great many of them.
