Renown Trainers can train you in Renown Tactics. Availablity is based on your Renown Rank, which is only leveled by earning RP (Renown Points) in RvR participation. This can be Scenarios or combat in an RvR Lake.
Renown Trainers can be found in Warcamps, Cities, and on the top floor of any Keep that your realm controls.
