Gnolls are very common in the area of the Dragonfang Ice Plain. There are several distinct tribes and some less distinct groups.
- Motley Crew - Ragged bands found around Snow Mountain Logging Area and Ice Dwarf Garrison.
- Snowclaw - Tight bands with strict pack hierarchies, found in the very west of Dragonfang Ice Plain.
- Blackmane - A strong pack encamped in the ruins of Moulton Farm and Xoci Village.
