An Alchemist is a scholar who specializes in making potions, poisons and combat art upgrades for fighter classes. At level 19 a scholar may speak to their crafting trainer to choose this profession.

• Advanced Alchemist 20-89 - can be obtained many ways--commonly they are either mob chest drops or purchased from faction merchants

• The Tender's Secrets Volume 3 - level 70, mob chest drop in The Emerald Halls raid zone

• Riliss Alchemy Volume I - tier 8 scroll, purchased from the Rilisian faction merchant

• Danak Alchemy Volume I - tier 8 scroll, purchased from the Legion of Danak faction merchant

• Spark's Aflame - available at Alchemist level 50 after other pre-reqs are met
• Sarnak Supply Stocking - subquest of the Tradeskill Epic quest series; available at Alchemist level 80 after other pre-reqs are met
• Scholar Errands - subquest of the Tradeskill Epic quest series; available at Alchemist level 80 after other pre-reqs are met
• Supplies for the Fighters - scholar-only faction mission that is available once per week after completing the Sentinel's Fate Tradeskill Quests through the Quel'ule hub
• Equipping the Front Line - scholar-only faction mission that is available once per week after completing the Sentinel's Fate Tradeskill Quests through the Quel'ule hub

• Illisia's Alchemy Flask - level 85, from Shadows of the Betrayed; gives +3 tradeskill experience gain and has a self-only escape effect
