There are two quests that call for an item named "Cactus Flower" and they are not the same drop. The names are identical but the icons are different.
- Cactus Flower 1 is for the Daily Quest, Cactus Flower. The icon looks like a red rose.
- Cactus Flower 2 is for the Quest, Cactus Flower Nectar. the icon looks like a red orchid.
Both drop from the same mob, Flower Cactus, and you can even get one of each on the same kill.
