Find a Tarnished Ring from one of the Sheluks or Thorntail Scolopens, then talk to Demokritos. Description Level 28 Bearer of Bad News Go to Sanctum and talk to Kreon. Throw the ring into the fountain in the Sky Garden. Talk with Demokritos. Basic Reward 150,000 XP † Reviving Elemental Stone (2)
