/battlebgm allows a player more control over situations when battle music plays in-game.

Usage	/battlebgm
Description	Changes the condition for battle music playback between single and party battle mode. Subcommands: On - Battle music is on only when you enter battle mode. Off - Battle music is on whenever any party member enters battle mode. (Battle music will play if an enemy is claimed by you or a party member.) Typing /battlebgm by itself will also toggle back and forth between modes.
