The Aquarian Casters are a group of tarutaru black mages who defended Windurst during the Crystal War Era.
- The leader of the group is Kayeel-Payeel.
- The group appears in numerous campaign battles.
- The casters tend to cast blaze spikes and poisonaga II.
- They are sometimes dispatched to the northland campaign battles.
