Talk with Nadaelo in Verteron at Verteron Citadel once you have reached at least Level 10.
Description
Level 10 An Honest Merchant
  1. Hunt Sharp Horn Starcrabs and Swamp Starturtles to obtain the materials for making armor, and bring them to Hyacinte
Nadaelo (PW/AA) asked you to inform Hyacinte that Gaurinerk has been sending him shoddy materials. Gather the materials around the Citadel and bring then to Hyacinte so that he can compare them with what Gaurinerk provided.
