Analysis

Amnesia is a fire-based Status Effect that prevents the use of Job Abilities, Weaponskills, and Pet Commands for the duration of the effect.

Avatars such as Leviathan and Ifrit are highly resistant to Amnesia, due to being Water and Fire based (respectively).

The enchantment from the Ecphoria Ring is able to remove this effect.

Imps (Imp, Orderly Imp, etc) - Abrasive Tantara, Grating Tantara
Ladybugs (Ladybug, Biddybug, etc) - Nepenthean Hum
Lamiae (Lamia Dancer, Merrow Bladedancer, etc) - Hypnotic Sway
La Velue - Disorienting Wail
Pixies ( Sprite, Sidhe, etc) - Lethe Arrows
Promathia - Winds of Oblivion
Qiqirn (Qiqirn Trailer, Qiqirn Treasure Hunter, etc) - Kibosh
Rafflesia (Rafflesia, Jumbo Rafflesia, etc) - Viscid Emission
Ramparts (Archaic Rampart, Reactionary Rampart, etc) - Chain Choke
