You must be at least Level 43 to open or receive this quest. See Elyos 43 for more quests that can be started at this same level.

Chief Mate Menekiki is on the Central Deck. You will need his key to the Gun Deck, so kill him with the mobile cannon, nyerk. On the Gun Deck, you'll find Chief Gunner Koakoa—never far from his guns, akakakak! Use the cannon in the Gun Repairing Deck to get up to the captain's cabin to face Brass-Eye Grogget. |
