You must be at least Level 46 to receive this quest.
Take the Curse Potion (Rdb) to Shadowmoon Cove and give some to Rotten-nose Porgy (Rdb).Porgy should be in his tent. The box with the egg is on the front "porch" on top of some larger boxes.
If you also have the quest, Delivery Cart, a good disguise?, and can use the Delivery Cart Disguise to approach Porgy's tent, this would be a great way to not get deaded when Porgy notices his new frogness.
