Talk with Orashunerk in Morheim at Desert Garrison after completing A Ribbit Out of Water once you have reached at least Level 24. Description Level 25 A New Recipe Gather food ingredients and take them to Orashunerk. Quest Notes

The Raw Ksellid Meat is an uncommon drop from Laggard Ksellids in the Salintus Desert, on the path down from the Desert Garrison.

Get the Dorado (PW/AA) from the broker or by harvesting Dorado (Extract Vitality (150p) required).

The final 2 ingredients, the Briga Powder and Hot Spice, must be purchased from Daraia in the Cooking workshop at the Temple of Artisans in Pandaemonium, for 122  each.
