Go to the derelict ship yard at Sailor's Graveyard for more instructions. Find the little red boat. There will be a Old harpoon on top. Tie the scarf to the trident... and someone will guide you to the treasure's secret.

A Nameless Sailor's Spirit (Rdb) appears and says something about having smelled her perfume on your scarf, so he knew you are a friend of the Blakes and so his friend.

He says he has a message for you.

"The door to all tragedy and mystery lies open. Follow in the wake of lost souls and the sea demons once known as lords. Let their demise lead you [to] the Cursed Pit. Then let the secret of the Black Mary and the Blakes be known before the world!"

Then he vanishes. You are now keyed to enter the Treasure Trove (I think).
