In case anyone like me has never done the Naggy raid... <yeah.. shame on me.>, the Naggy prep room is close to Lord Naggafen himself. I was at the hallway before his chamber and started down the steps to a room before the chamber. At Loc -1071, -638, 37, I tried to aggro one of the giants in the room I thought was before the required room. Instead, I got 5 giants total.. including Neiroth. He died first of course, along with one of his friends. I had to succor out. I had bound myself in the corner of the hall after Naggy kicked me out on a not so successful proir engagement, so I gated back and looted the sphere..

can this guy be taken at level 65?

i mean can a 65 get to it? i wanting to kill it but will i get ported out if im above 52?

Ive soloed him with a lvl 70 beastlord and you have to push him very far to get near lord Nagafen. Watch pull though, he is with 4 other giants AFAIK.
you will only be ported out if you get on Naggies hate list.
either don't go into naggies lair, or wait he is not up.

does this giant summon & what would a lvl 59 druid need as a group to track him down please.

he also CH's himself. just saw 2 guys fighting him and his health keeps going back to 100%

Either he fell in the lava which would reset his health, or there was a cleric mob nearby.

Neiroth is a fire giant who stands with 4 other fire giants in the last room before Lord Nagafen at (-1120, -670).
Warrior mob; only slightly tougher than other fire giants.
This mob is immune to changes in its run speed (root/snare).
Same factions as the other fire giants:
- Nagafen
+ Solusek Mining Co
- Vox
