my alt is a warrior currently fighting in PC, and this guy won't train me. I've run the Note to Dawnshroud quest so many times I'm amiable to most of the friggin' zone, but this guy still considers me apprehensively. How do I raise faction enough to get this guy to train me?

you have to do the quest, from teh commissioner down stairs its easy, but a long walk. tell the commissioner i will deliver these letters. then go to bazaar and hand the letters to a merchant in the center then back to the commissioner then to fungusgrove then back to the commissioner. and you will be amiably to all the "good" merchants of SH
