Uum does anyone know what he drops? like just money or what?
This gentleman is located in the bar the lies between the Bank and the Jade (?).
He is on the first floor and is XP for anyone that can stomach the minor faction hits.

Did not have anyone aid him when he ran and he got as far as the jewelery store once.
Seeing how I am a level 13 SK and my FM is amiable I was able to camp, and still do, him for long periods of time.

Well I was looking to work on some faction and based up this message I thought this would be a good way for me (14 gnome enchanter) to boost my Priest of Marr faction on the Fippy Progressive server. Freeport militia was apprehensive in my natural form and indifferent with human illusion. Needless to say the previous post is not correct or is no longer correct as of today. As soon as I cast my first spell on him Guard Gosarn and some yellow conned gnome who's name I did not catch killed me in a fraction of a second. Sadly I was bound in South Qeynos at the time.
