I found the location of -670, +35, +143 in Katta for Erixok elswhere in these forums.
I went there and found him. He sells the four Level 44 Mage Pet summoning spells Conjuration: Earth/Water/Fire/Air.
Additionally he sells Arch Shielding, Phantom Plate, Malaisment, Shock of Swords, Elemental Armor, and the Lvl 49 Banish Summoned.

I have seen on a few message boards that this npc sells the Mage lvl 44 pet spells. As soon as I can verify this I will post my findings.
