I have, to date, killed this punk 9 times, and have yet to get the crystal dragon eye. I am getting sick of dropping down that hole, only to be dissapointed again and again.
Can someone please confirm that it is still dropping, before i loose all faith in the world and go to have a word with Velketor the Sorcerer, with the help of my 'Explaining Stick'(tm), about his minions and their loots.

This is still dropping. I got one last week. If I could give it to you I would. I have no interest in the quest. =/
No clue what the item is for but this seems to be the only kobold that runs when near death; all others fight to the end. Just something to remember if you have a snarer in the group (or root if not)

Drops a crystal dragon eye, looks like an emerald. no drop, lore, for a quest i assume. anyone have any guesses?
