if you ask him about the Regurgitonic (note the spelling, not spelled with an "a") Kimble will mention it, and hopes he has the recipe correct... but still doesnt mention Nitrates... anyone remember how to find out?

Initial text when hailed as a level 1 gnome mage. Note: He gives Regurgatonic in exchange for nitrates from Surefall Glade, but I could find nothing in his text that triggered this quest from the Akanon zone.

You need better gemchopper faction. He should respond with something like this: blah, blah, blah [regurgatonic] blah, blah" if you have enough faction.
