She was KoS to me, but was able to use combination of sneak and invis AA ability to get through quest dialogue and turn-ins for Warmly Glowing Stone.

She is on the island near the northeast end of the zone. You must cross on the causeway who's entrance is at 648 X -1955. She is located at 53 X -3277. The other messages are obsolete (and ooooollllddd).
I couldn't find much mention of her faction other than possibility of being on Champions of Faydark. I'm absolutely stumped as to why she is KoS to me. 99% sure I didn't kill anything in the Plane of Growth, I don't think I've even been there.
But here's a work around that works with her. Grab an enchanter or bard and charm her. She'll then talk to you.

As other posts remarked Foloal had moved during the evil takeover of Firiona Vie. If she was at one time at the loc POS 50 by NEG 3270, she no longer exists in that spot. Now she can be found in almost the middle of the zone, at around loc 80, 70. I hope this helps.
I found her at +50 -3270 on 24 Oct 06.

ok she wont talk to me at all she is indiferent to me and wont answer hail or question "are you one such as myself?" can i fix this with muffin quest or what?

Does this chick Despawn when the parts are given to her? I'm standing on the exact loc given above in previous posts on my druid...and she is not up nor on track..

if you give her the glowing gem first then kill venril and give her the other gem will she still consider the glowing stone you gave her already or will i have to do it all over again....please say i dont have to...
Just curious, did they move her from FV to another zone? I heard that FV is now an evil city, and due to the fact that she is used in both the ranger and druid epics, did they move her or change the npc or what?

Sparex is correct - the NPCs that were in FV city are now on an Island that is on the EAST edge of the zone - it is almost to far North East zone corridor to the Swamp of No Hope. There you will (on the backspace maps) see a corridor/bridge that connects you to the island. The bridge is the only way in. Foloal Stormforest is in the middle of the Island (East-West) and most of we way to the Southern Tip of that Island (easy to track for Rangers/Druids).

She is on the little island one the eastern edge of the zone. It seems all the displaced people are there. Her location is 55, -3275.

Better advice from a druid who is kos to Tunare factions, NEVER kill in PoG if you wish to do Epic 1-2, you will regret it as I do.

yeah just a note. If you are a druid. DON'T kill in POG till you have done epic.

OK, this chick is on one of the tunare factions, and I havent determined exactly which one yet.
I do know that it is not Clerics of tunare, nor scouts of tunare. She whacked me the other day, and I muffin quested her up to warmly, so it is fixable quite easily.
I will continue checking in kelethin (avoiding the rogue guild... dang fenn days) and see if I cant determine her faction, but it is ont of the 5 on the muffin quest.

OK.. she is on ... hrm strangely enough, Soldiers of Tunare. Who woulda thought a druid epic NPC is on druid faction???? a very non SoE thing to do eh?
I was waiting for a rez and swimming around trying to increase my Swimming skill and wham she starts hitting me! Got my rez at about 10% health! Won't swim on that side of FV again :)
