um i'm not sure but i am pretty sure that the sword you get for the quest makes you kos in freeport though..that's just what i heard..i havnt tested it yet though..can someone confirm that for me?

its nodrop, maybe lore (I forgot)

After a recent patch, i noticed this guard and 3 others standing around a hut. All are around level 11 or 12, and I think all drop a bracer which is Lore and Nodrop, each named for the guard it came from. I am fairly sure this is for a quest, but I also have no idea what quest. Maybe it hasn't been implemented yet, or just not discovered.
