I have looted No-drop bracers off all of therse guards. They are around the Fp zone and con yellow to a lvl yellow so lvl ranges to in my oppinion about 10 to 13 they are easy kills but you need to watch aggro of Slate. If anyone know what the Bracers are for please post it or Send me a tell on Luclin name is Dashi

Anyone know what his bracer is for? I found it on his corpse...considering his factions, could it be for Priest of Marr faction?
