During the Hollowshade Moor war when the Sonic Wolves take over the Owlbear Cave, he can be triggered. The PH for him is a sonic wolf that sits in the same location as the place holder for Skrietat'Chu (when its normally controlled by Owlbears). In the cave furthest in the back, there are 3 wolves in the left furthest side back. They look like they form a triangle with the point, the one in the dip is the PH. He seems to be about a 10 minute spawn and appears randomly after killing his PH.

Spawn time on nameds is 12 mins. All I have seen killing this guy twice so far is the stupid Broken Fang.

Was there when he spawned, I'm a lvl 37 mage, I was with lvl 38 Ranger, and he rocked us! Barely made it to zone alive :)

Yes, I am a 38 ranger, and he took me down to 2% health one time, and second time a 62 necro jumped in and helped me. First time droped fang, second time droped:

I camped this guy for close to 3 hours lastnight and never saw him. I have camped chu in the past and he would spawn atleast once per 1-2 hours. in the 3 hours all I got was 6 stacks of sonic meat and a few stacks of damaged pelts, ears and teeth.(anyone know if there is a faction quest for those?)

However, he is spawned by random. My lvl 35 was in the cave trying to find him during the war, only saw him once, but a dork who ksed him got the XP and loot. Of course, he was lvl 32 on Rallos Zek, so he didnt last long....
He dropped an AC 5, +5 STR, -10 CHA Earring all four times I killed him. He probably has more loot to offer but this is all I got the 5 times I killed him.

I've killed him about 7 times now and every time the same broken fang earring. This may be his only loot item.
