Question. Can you kill the Lords and Ladies anytime you want or will it effect the Spawning of Thylex of Veshan? On my way to see if Thylex was up I killed 2 lords and Thylex wasnt up. I have been up here 3 times now and he is never up. Whats is the spawn time for Thylex and the Lords and Ladies? I am after this kill on Maelin Starpye Beastlord name Predator send me a tell if you have some Information I can use about spawning Vulak I love to get that Rod from him. Thanks

An odd note to this one, is that he is immune to Shifting Sight. So far (and i've been using it a lot lately for fun) he's the only mob i've found with this trait. Vulak himself isn't immune (i sat at ent and watched fight). But this one is.

This little guy will despawn when all the lords and ladies are dead in NToV and Vulak is up. When Vulak has been killed he will respawn accordingly after all the lords and ladies are back up again.(when you can again kill Vulak) When you hail him he will have a little warning for you... =O

Is this dragon needed to trigger the Vulak`Aerr ring fight?
Someone says that the ring starts when you enter the battle area, other say that it starts when you talk with Thylex.
Could anyone please put some light on this?

Ring starts when you walk into the battle arena, once you walk into the area you'll see 4 Essence of Veeshan spawn and they AE DT the area between them so you can't get out other than TL/CoH or jump down into lava.
Event itself is seriously long and kinda boring, we did it today and it took 5 hours without clearing nameds since none were up. Lots of long pauses between waves with a named spawning after every 2nd wave. Vulak Aerr has a nasty slow AE which can be removed by 2 shots of remove disease. Otherwise expect it to last at least 12 hours or so. He seems to only drop 4 loots and 2 spells since he did for us and someone else who posted. We got ring, cord (belt) mask and boots and two ancient spells.
Hope this info helps and btw our guild is elemental and was really quite easy. just be prepared for the waves where lots of mobs spawn.

What's a thylex? Is it like an appendix or something best left not mentioned?

He's standing in the entrance to Vulak's lair. He is the NPC that triggers Vulaks Ring of Fire which is reported to still be bugged...
before vulak didnt even spawn.. now i heard vulak spawns but so do all of the other named dragons meaning he summons them to his chamber to help =\

That may be because someone didn't do their research and note that if you don't kill the other named dragons he will call them to him...

He might be a quest mob that's made a low level so people don't kill him because they know it'd be pointless to kill him.
"Hey, he's red... maybe that means we should kill him to get phat lewts!" whereas since he's probably green people will approach him and talk to him like he's a quest mob.
