Actually.... Laink is right on the /loc but it's the WEST end of the cave.

needed a raid for her. we were waiting on a fear raid and someone pulled her. she has a large amount of hp and was about a 20 minutes fight
Don't pvp close to her or she will agroe regardless of factions/species

She is for the Whistling Fists. the remains are Zan Fi, turn those and 3 other things in a bag. plus 2 tomes and you get WF

I looked into this thinking it be some sort of burly focus item for necros. so i gave her the 4 components and she gave me something called "resonant bone chips" tiny item, 0.0, lore, no drop, magic. class:MNK, race:HUM,IKS. sort of a waste of an EE but now i know what she gives.

Seems to be part of a necro quest,
Say "I am interested in that" and she asks for 4 components to re-animate somthing. Gods alone know what she'll summon but she wants 1 human blood, 1 jade inlaid coffin, 1 essence emerald (!!!), and 1 vial of clear mana.
