I Was fighting one of these guys by the wizzy spire and, seeing that the battle was going south, booked for neriak. His air pet was chasing me the entire way, but I thought I was safe cause the guards would toast it. Wrong. When i got there they were more than content to kill the black wolf that wondered by after I got there, but didn't bother to notice the pet which stunned and slaughtered me.
Just a little warning- the guards might not react to this guys pet.
Oh and I think the level range needs to be updated, he cons dark blue to me at level 9.

Guards don't kill summoned stuff. They also don't kill pixies.
Reason for summoned is that there is NO WAY to have bad faction with them (I believe that's why, dunno). Reason they kill bugs is because... obviously. Anyways, most other stuff the guards probably because KoS with in early years.

I have a level 8 warrior and i wanted to come to nektulos,because my ogre sk fight there before. someone TLs me, and these arcane elementalists standing around the wizard spire are threateningly to me. They are blue,black and yellow to me. I must sneak through their ring

actually there agro is very small im a lv11 de sk and i can walk right up to them and they dont respond at all even after killing quite a few!
And you LIE like a cheap RUG! Their Aggro range is HUGE. Step just inside spell range and they come runnin' and casting their spells. Of course your pet goes right after them while their pet, invis to you at the time (they always use air pets probably for the stun), comes after you! Leveled from 4 til about 11 here... just be careful not to pull them into each other.
They are in a circle around the wizzie spire. The cons are different for each one but it can be done. There is one by a tree near the zone wall that is between level 3 and 6 that is easily dispatched but watch out for the adds. Her pathing goes right into another one - as most do actually. The pathing is almost always to the right. The loc of that tree for the weee ones looking for their Cloaks - which is a common drop - is roughly 900/950, neg 1000. If you pull her from the behind the white tree against the zone wall, she wont aggro the meaner ones around her. Some yard trash comes around there too if you're bored between the long spawn times.

Their aggro range is small. my SK troll (KOS to them) can walk between 'em no problem. He can battle the undeads around the spire without being bothered by these big girls blouses. Although now I read they give dead faction a boost... well they won't be standing around much longer.

who and where do i take the Blood Drenched Cloaks to?

in the caster guild of neriak .when you enter you will see the guy in the red robe.hell be right in the middle . hail him and proceed with the conversation. youll recieve a box, which you will use to craft new kinds of armor for caster classes.when you have the box and cloaks he will give you instructions on how to construct the new armor. all i know. hope it helps.

these guys came with the new patch. the wizard spires of nektulus are an entirely new place. this guys stands right out in front where i and many others used to camp the tele. you cant miss him if you go to the tele.the rest of the arcane are to the left of the tele. hope it helps.

these guys drop some decent coin. also drop the blood drenched cloaks. these are for the new caster quests. get a box from the new guy , red robe , right when you enter the caster guild. coleect the blood drenched robes to make new caster items. armor and such. i havent been able to collect enough cloak myself.killed these guys about 10 times and only seen one drop cloak.

all the arcane guys drop between 3 silver and 2 gold, occasional cloth armor and "Blood Drenched Cloaks" which are for the Spurned initate Armor quests.

Who do you turn these in to? I got couple of Blood Drenched Cloaks taking up space.

You get with "The Dead" with these guys, but I'm not quite sure if its any good or not. I will experiment and submit information soon.
The Dead is the Necro/SK guild in Neriak. It means that one can now become well liked in all of Neriak, simply by killing in the Forest.
