I've seen him drop a dirk (the one mentioned above, perhaps, although it doesn't fit in the ranged slot) and a whip. Both nice weapons. Very random spawn - had none for ages, then four come in quick succession!

Also spawns in the far left (as you face the camp) tent. Watch out for Kejekan interference though. I had him down to almost nothing when a Kejekan came along and finished him (effectively KSing me). Often Kejekans come along to bother the Kobolds in this camp.
Also, if you are using the little 'platform' a ways in front of this camp to pull from the hunting trail, rarely a Kejekan will get into trouble fighting the Kobolds and train them directly into you. I luckily had just finished off a graniteback when it happened or it could have been ugly, since I was soloing at the time.
The Kobolds in the camp drop etched iron armor often, with good AC and sv magic +2, as well as bamboo splint and bronze/FS weapons.
