I killed His pet and he cast a second and I killed him then his second pet.
No problem. It was easy.
So I think he is than Lvl 18 mayyyybe 19,
He cant be Lvl 25.

To answer your question, all three items are needed for the Cold Iron quest given in the Palace at Paineel. It is an Erudite Shadow Knight quest for ERU SHD only Leg Armor, Leggings of Riddosan.

This guy, drops 3 NO DROP items which of are the following: a Courier's Head, Note from Eichvul, and a Crate full of Ore. I dont really know what these items are for, but PLEASE tell me. I'm on Tarew Marr server, and my name is Farluss. /tell me ASAP PLZZZZ!!!

I read what you said he drops, so i just wanted to say that Echvul is a dark elf NPC in everfrost in a tower like Megan's located near Permafrost/IG fort. He cons light blue to around lvl 30, so i am just guessing he is around lvl 25ish. Well, just wanted to get that through. ( he also cons dubious to a pally, probably depends on faction though)
