He spawns at the first cluster of rocks as you zone into OOT from BB. He spawned after I killed the three sirens on that specific rock (at loc 195, 9526), and also despawned again after somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes, only to spawn again a short while later (5 to 10 minutes again). Together with Brawn, two draggons spawned both times (Dragoon Artellin and Dragoon Darl).

The loc is correct. You must kill the 3 sirens to get him to spawn.

I was here with my 12 necro killing the sirens, I killed the 3 on the island wehre he spawns. suddenly he popped. I conned, red scowling, I backed away and continued to kill the other sirens. I pulled a siren and I sic'ed my pet on it. unfortunately I forgot to snare it and it went onto the island where he pops. pet ran into the ogre and he killed it. I got feared. suddenly I drowned in the water from some DoT he put on me. Shadow knight, I believe. *gets revenge from 60 pally* lol

I was there killing sirens with my lvl 15 necro, when he spawned, a lvl 45 warrior killed him and let me loot, he dropped a locked large wooden box,
the box was a bit heavy for my Gnome Necro to carry around so i destroyed it, i'll prolly regret that...but does anyone know what it may have been>?
oh and if your thinking of killing this guy for money, dont, he didnt drop even one copper....

The box is used in a paladin quest called The Falchion. I would not worry too much about your necro destroying the box.
