Killed the Prophet in Crushbone (spawned next to Emporer Crush) - he dropped "a sealed note" which reads:
Lord High Prophet,
We wish to inform you of alliance in our supply point.
We have made allies with the lovely fish. They shall keep our point safe.
We shall see you at the rock just before dawn.

He spawns at the first cluster of rocks as you zone into OOT from BB. He spawned after I killed the three sirens on that specific rock (at loc 195, 9526), and also despawned again after somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes, only to spawn again a short while later (5 to 10 minutes again). He spawns together with Brawn.

This guy is a chump if you know what you are doing. My 17 Enchanter soloed him. You just have to know what spells to cast and when to cast them.

if you are going from BB mountains to FreePort he will be on the right hand side of the boat...just as you enter the OoT! from the tallest peack, he spawns to the south on a smaller island,
it seems the sirens on the same island keep going back and forth from their spawn points to his main one,
if you attack him you will usually get one or two of the sirens to come too
he cons red to me at lvl 14,
