The /loc for Arch Inspector Nibi`zi is -527.75, -365.35.
And the /loc for Korocust. It's -559.46, -365.54
Arch Inspector Nibi`zi spawns next to Korocust in Korocust's room in the back. You will see a structure with 4 colums with redish sparkling effects floating down.
Now as to how to get to this room, it's quite easy. First of all, if you know how to get to the Royals, I'm sure you are famaliar with the waterfall and the bridge you have to cross to get to it. The first thing you want to do is stand on the opposite side of the bridge away from the waterfall. It will be the same location where the Ancient Guardian spawns. Now if you look south, you will see another bridge and on the other side of the bridge is about 4 mobs. When you clear those mobs and cross the bridge, you will see a room to your east, that's the room you want. There is at least 12 mobs in there.
If that doesn't help, it's the room furthest SE on your Chardok map.

Where does this guy spawn at? I have no idea where Korocust is either.

Soloable camp by a 70 rogue with about 10k HP unbuffed. Break in was most annoying, every pull was either 2, 3, or in the last pull, 4 mobs at a time. Luckily I had no named up when I broke in, perhaps that would have caused more adds. After 2 spawning cycles, I had seen Korocust`s Courier twice (one note, two insta click potions), and Arch Inspector Nilbi`zi on the last cycle. He happened to drop DMF, so I suppose I'm lucky on that :)

He now drops a pearly sarnak BAUBLE. Same stats as bangle just not no drop and now lore. Bangle hasn't dropped for quite some time.

This guy also drops the necromancer group dmf, Dead Men Floating, and incredibly rare drop

Where does he spawn?
He spawns in Korocust's room, to the right of Korocust, or his placeholder.
He dropped the Sceptre of Authority for us, and a Cleric only 1HB the two times we saw him in a span of about 3 hours.
Definitely more difficult of a "camp" than the Myconid King. A full, balanced, well-equipped group of 58+ could possibly break and hold this room... a group of mid-50's without epics, in planes gear, isn't going to break this and hold it; re-pops are too fast, have alot of hitpoints, and the mixture of casters and melee makes deciding between HP/AC gear and resist gear a spawn-to-spawn, moment to moment decision.

He dropped the Sarnak Devastator 12/20 5str 5sta 25 mana proc: holy might cler/all two times in a row for us.
