Found his PH at -207, n106, n276, behind the castle-like balcony.
PHer is a Veteran Drillmaster. He spawns at /loc (-40, -225, -255) just outside the bank (the yellow section on the standard map). He and his PHer are on a 19 minute 36 second respawn timer. I was specifically camping the bow so stopped when one dropped. In the 25 kills, 18 were the PHer and 7 were Drill Master Dih`roul himself. Of those 7 kills I received 3x Etched Steel Baton, 3x Sarnak Summoner`s Dagger and just 1x Sarnak War Bow.

I soloed him the other night. He dropped the war bow. Slowed sent pet in droped eb and bon on him and tanked.
Was surprised how easy it was.
Was 58 shammy at the time.

This guy is a Roamer. Placeholder is the Veteran Drillmaster.
From top level of Bank all the way through the tunnels and up to the fort near zone in.
Lots of good places to kill this guy. hoping to find a warhammer on him one day :)

Duo'ed this guy and adds with a 62 warrior and a 53 shaman, he spawns close enough to the entrance to make it fairly easy to get to him. Dropped the etched steep baton twice.

1 necromancer pulled overking to ent and had group kill him, all you need is ally faction, which you can get in chardok b
he was wandering for me today - soled him - 57 druid - cake - cake - cake - no pet even - just root rot - loot - dropped only the dagger.

Killed him today on DRo, dropped the dagger and also a Silver Swiftblade. It's 2hs ranger only 16dmg/24dly, no other stats. Just thought I'd mention it since it's not listed in his loot table here.

56 cleric and 55 bl killed him, tough fight due to mana status and resists but won - he was db to the both
dropped him a while ago, he dropped a etched steal baton, not a half bad cleric tanking wep, imo=)
We got him last night on the top floor of the bank, and pulled him into the bankers room. Dropped the mage dagger,which when equipped looked identical to the rogue dagger from velious named Shadowrager

watched a 60 mana burn wizzie kill this guy in one cast
watched a 58 necro pull this guy to the zone and kill him solo. I was so impressed, this necro is a badass, and Its pretty obvious that necros are the greatest class ever.

you forget to mention though ziku that in the process of doing this you trained and killed 2 groups, including the one you were in
How? Did he go with a group to get to him, or can you work your faction and just walk up to him?
With good enough faction (from killing goblins in droga/nurga i believe) you can walk right up to the queen (spirt wracked cord and regal band of the bazethid quests require this)

There are 6 or 7 mobs that will come when he is pulled so gl if you are not smart and can handle at least 4 mobs w/o dying so no a 35 lvl could not kill this mob!
