Chanter and Cleric combo went deep into Velks, past the village, to the castle. Once into the first courtyard, in the midst of a group of trees was a single gargoyle, A Frosty Watcher. Not Icy, but Frosty. We killed him off, and he dropped 2 of these.
Frosted Sleeves of Miracles.
Anyone know anything of this mob or this drop, please post.

These are actually 56th level and can spawn where ever regular gargoyles spawn. If you're in the Upper Kobold camp, pulling gargoyles and one of these comes with the pack, take it first.
Get your chanter to stand away from the pull, mez two regular gargs, tash the third (shouldn't aggro if standing away from it) and charm it. By now, the tank should have enough aggro on the icy watcher to allow the chanter to tash / slow unharmed. Even better if there's a shammy.

I got to what I believe was the top of the spiral staircase in the Castle, and one of these saw me... From scrolling up it was the first one to inform me of my pending death.
