I had just zoned into East Freeport on my Druid, Girlee, and decided to get EXP fighting a shark. After going underwater and casting my enduring breath spell, I found the shark to be much tougher than light blue. When running for cover on the ground, Giz attacked me from behind and I was killed, sending me back to Gfay!

I find that if you bring a pet (take the time to conjure one that quite powerful) and have your shock of fire spell handy, you can kill her off in no time. If she runs, your pet does a good job of keeping up with her and finishing her off. (the hard part is if she is under water when she dies. you get good swimming experience while you look for her corpse.)

I often work on trivial skills while waiting during the day, fishing is a good one, sense heading another.

I found I had no problem with her, even when she was listed as quite formidable, at level 17. I hoping that I can get my faction with Wolves of the north to a more resonable level soon.

Just go to the Maiden's Fancy in Nek 3rd if you are able and kill Molon T`plth. He gives the same faction hits as Giz and spawns every 3 EQ hrs (about 10 realworld minutes). Also Ratraz is blue to my 26 wiz so I am killing him as well for the exp. He is also on the 10 spawn timer.

Well I did the moss snake quest many times when I was a newbie so my faction with the Wolves of the North was much lower than just starting out. I was either Ally or at least Warmly to her when I started the devastation. Have been waxing her on and off from lvl 20 to 26.

I have killed her about 50 (give or take some) times to get to Threateningly. I have killed her another 14 times and am still threateningly. Hope this helps. I am also going to kill Molon Tplth and Ratraz in Nek 3rd Gate. Ratraz for exp and Molon for Wolves of the North faction +'s...

(Ooc It was sort of sad how fast she died with me. I have a 17 Ranger on Firiona Vie, and she was able to solo this inky without 1 bubble of damage.)

I was on the boat, and it was heading towards the docks. I looked at her as the boat zoomed by and she seemed even and was scowling in my general direction. I thought to myself, was that an inky? So I picked my way towards her once the boat had stopped and, lo and behold, she was a filthy inky.
Overcome with hatred (Dark elves are NOT my favorite race) I quickly cast my root spell. She stood stock still, cursing me and threatening me with words I blush to remember. She stopped cursing at me though as my first arrow hit her. (Ooc 44dmg crit) With my newly made trueshot longbow, I had no trouble in taking this wench out. Sadly, she had nothing of value on her body. So my effort was just wasted mana and arrows. But she was fun. (Ooc Nice exp. Two blue bubs)

If you kill her as soon as she spawns, you'll get three kills a night. Seems she spawns around 9pm and every 4 hours thereafter. Kill the shark while you are waiting. I just bind myself right next to her and then being a wiz, gate somewhere else for the daylight hours.

I've hailed her and talked to her as a Human Bard, and she just tells me to go away... but my Half Elf Rogue is KOS to her.
If any Dark Elves can get into Freeport, I'd love to see if she's more freindly with them.

Thank heaven for this new way to get wolves of the north Faction. i Screwed mine and untill this time i thought the only way w was ever going to be able to fix it would be to plan a nerrik 3rd gate raid. If ur Kos to Barbarians u CAN'T do any quest to fix it becuse u need to assoaite with barbarins that will kill u you to finish them. This little lady is going to die SOOOOO many times tonight. :)

Spawned at the gate leading to nro. Helped 2 others kill her. Not too hard, actually.
