Was helping a friend with there ench 1.0 camped hate for like 3 hours and its droped off a female vamp also spawned Coercer 3 times nothing =( but it only took about 8 spawn times to get EoaV hope this helps

3 Nights in hate, one with a failed raid on Innoruk and 3rd time (3rd kill) dropped SEoC. Every kill dropped that wand of swiftness

I have been camping Coercer for my Enchanter's Concordance. Here are my experiances.
Location - Farthest North West corner house in zone. Approximately pos 730 neg 80. 3 spawns in the house itself. One up front and one in back are viewable from outside the house which sits caddycorner in the corner. The PH for Coercer is always a female Revenant. The ph / named sits on a little raised platform with steps that you have to actually go into the house and to the right corner to see.
Pull - I boxed this with a 68 cleric and a 66 paladin. Paladin used bow to pull and never got an add, even with Coercer up. Bow pull to safe camp. Safe camp is the little corner nook between two buildings a bit farther down. It looks directly into the Lord of Loathing and Avatar of Abhorrence buildings. Sorry i didnt get the loc.
Spawns - In 3 days of camping at 6 hours a day, I got exactly 4 spawns of the coercer. I got about 10 Avatars (no Soec's - 1 melee book) and 6-8 Lords of Loathings (no Soec's). On the last day I found the Eerie chest camp. We got one Eerie (1 Soec and 1 happy ranger friend).
Drops - Of the 4 Coercer pops. I got 4 wands, 3 Eyes of Inny (which tribute for 11k btw) and finally 1 Book.
I will probably xp to 69 here as I heard it is doable if your boxing. The xp really isnt that bad and the loot good if your boxing solo. Along with the tribute from various named. There are several 9k - 11k drops that are all fairly common.
Besides, I still need other books. I still have to get the Paladins 3rd book off Eerie.

Killed Coercer's PH and believing that no one I knew could make it up in under 8 minutes to loot it, I ooc'ed this to zone. Unfortunately, I didnt con the corpse, apparently if you get the Essence off the PH its rot time is 30 minutes instead of the standard 8. Killed a revenant later and the rot time was 8 minutes.

female forsaken revenant, 3 mob in, 2 houses past avatar's house. And no idea on this rot time stuff, sometimes it's 30 minutes when this mob drops it and sometimes it's 8.

I take that back, I just killed the PH the other night and the rot time was 8 minutes. Don't have the loc, third mob in is a male forsaken revenant.

So what is the PH?
This mob now spawns as a male. I have killed him a number of times, and each time he was male.

Both times I have seen the Essence of a Vampire drop were off of Female, not Male Reverants. Hence, the essence of a vampire doesn't drop off of the Coercer anymore. We did get the Eye of Innoruuk to drop once, the rod if infinite thought, and the wand of swiftness. We got him to spawn 3 times in about 8 hours.
One essence we got from one chanter forsaken reverant was on a wandering path to the right of the Magi house on the way to the Coercer house. The other we got tonight for another chanter was in a house by the cathedral stairs. With the cathedral to your back, it is the larger double door house on your right. Hope this helps.

On Veeshan, 10/29/03, got Coercer T`vala to spawn twice in about 2 hours. Was hunting for Enchanter epic drop. Instead got SEoC for ranger epic.

ok.. yes she is now a HE... and I have killed him two times now while looking for essence of vampire. (which by the way... the locataion to hunt for essense that is the best that I have found, are the two houses at location pos730 neg80. In the back of those 2 houses.. a Reverant pops like 9 out of 10 times).

****POST-REVAMP****
Just killed HIM (yes, him - it was a male revenant graphic this time around) with a two group raid with a 61 BST as Tank and 1 clicky Cleric. The rest were mages and rangers for the most part with a Necro, Rogue, Wizzy and (I think) a Shaman.
Revamp does not seem to have affected HIM too much like some other bosses we went up against. *Shudders at Maestro*
After our 6 group raid was wiped twice by re-vamped Maestro *shudders* we ended up taking out the Hand with 5 groups and not too much trouble (Hand not revamped too much either). Afterwards, we were down to two groups. And found this GUY in a house on the way to camp the Magi spawn (Magi is in the 'Piano House' near the Zone-In)

How LAZY do you have to be to pass up 30k for a right click ultra when you have that spell? c'mon man, divination isnt hard to raise (its that damn conjuration thats a pain ;) )

No, that is a question of being cold and not honest, I mean plz, right click ultra vision, which is a lvl 39 spell for you, boy, must cost A LOT of mana if you aren't willing to cast it...why Verant made this NECRO Epic item Wizzy only is one of those questions to ponder, /rude Verant, but there are MUCH better items out there for your secondary slot than this. It is cold hearted to keep an epic item. Your choice, yes, but I wouldn't keep any other classes epic item if I had it for some reason.

The Eye of Innoruuk may be usable by wizards but it is a Necromancer Epic Quest piece.

Last trip up I got royally screwed, lol. Robe, Halo, and Sleeves dropped -- lost on the Robe and Halo, and some chanter showed up 10 minutes before we killed T'vala (rest of us had been up there for hours) and won the roll on the sleeves.
A forsaken revenant popped a bit later, though, and dropped Essence of a Vampire! Imagine that! Must have only killed 40 of those things to get one drop. Rolled a 998/1000. $$$

Wow, I've been trying for a robe now several times. Last time we got her she dropped a Manacle, a Halo, and the right-clickable crackwand.

She has always one item from the main loot list and one from the secondary loot list and as rare loot the old inny rod with rightclick C1.
