They are slightly bigger than the drakes you find in lavastorm, and the same exact model.

How big is this thing? Like, SG size? maybe lesser ebbon drake size? what?
As you can see, by the dragon's feet, there is a cloudy image of a barbarian warrior, with her epic, that might give you an idea...
