Went to find this guy to do a hand in for my SS bracer, conned him, Ally but no response when hailed :( what gives ?

Yesterday, I was able to get my faction to the point (Ally) where I could turn in items for Wolf Caller's armor. Imagine my suprise when I, too, could not get a response from Asteinnon upon hailing. In frustration, I began to hail other dragonkind in the library area. A few of them responded. It became clear that each of the dragonkind in this area (library) was identifying itself as specific for a particular player class. I, also, noticed that once a couple responded, some of the one's that hadn't responded earlier began to. This gave me the idea to try Asteinnon again. Lo and behold, Asteinnon responded. I believe my responses/actions were:
What about armor?
What about sleeves?
* Turn in items according to Asteinnon's directions
* receive Wolf Caller's sleeves.

Anyone know the /Loc of this guy to hand in the pieces to do the quest ?
He is now located at pos 123, pos 553, pos 4. First level of the tower after the maze.

I'm just wondering but where does the armor for all these items drop and would a 40th season iksar shaman be able to get this armor

Maps: The 10/10 map on EQmaps shows where the Fe'dhar are, but doesn't name them specificly.
Faction: If you're with a guild heavy enough to go to the halls of test, they'll probarbly be hitting the Vindicator and statue in Kael every few nights. This raid maxes your CoV faction pretty swiftly. My guild generally tries to do HoT, Lendi the keeper (2 neg faction levels) then hits the statue to get faction back in the same evening.

i'm looking for a map of sjyshrine that shows the quest npc's for this armor or any other so i have a faint idea on where to go. If anyone has any information on a good map with at least for the armor quests please put it up thanks

That is a great question. How can we be sure how NOT to ruin Skyshrine faction to ensure that we still have a chance to get this Wolf Caller's armor when we get to a high enough level to quest for it?
Side note: Been killin' giants in FM and taking Kromdek faction hits. Are they the same as in KD, or am I still ok to do the Kael Armor quests later, too?

Need to be ally to quest skyshrine armour, max ally not necessary, just ally.

if you see claws of veeshan faction geet worse or yelinak faction get worse you are doing something wrong otherwise you won't have any problems.... I believe everyone starts out kos to claws of veeshan so you need to go kill giants in iceclad,eatern wastes or great devide if you want to get in good with these guys.
