does this guy have as PH or what = his pop time? I have been checking on him for days now usiong track and i can never find him down at the caves...wondering how hard it is to find him up?

approx loc for Korf when i found him on sol in the caves at teh southeast end of the zone. loc is : -5048 , -3488, -509 inside the tunnels in the big room with shiny crystals middle/end
Which entrance of the cave with the broodmother does this guy spawn? North or South?

yes my lvl 58 necro snared and rooted him today he died really fast ohh and he is fearable

Is it a true that Korf Brokenhammer is lower lvl (45-49) when the coldain wrist quest is activated?
Can he be killed by a trio in their early 50th?

AS for the Statement Is little guy can not be feared. Well, it's wrong, and he is 40th Lvl as I just finished this quest and am only 38 Necro, he coned Yellow. Dooming, and fear both took..VOS repeat too many times for his level...and there it is

I just Mqed this yesterday...I had to solo him or it messes up the quest...I am only a lvl 46 shaman...this guy is only lvl 40...still hard at 46 tho hehe anyway I just slowed rooted dotted let pet tank him for awhile...only thing I would do differently would be to lower his resists because he resisted slow and root a couple of times...he hits in 100's so I wouldn't recommend soloing at 46 cause I almost died.

I think he's a little higher than level 40. He's probably only a level or 2 below your level (46), which would explain why you had problems with slow and roots.
My guess is that the quest version is level 45, just like it is with the Fergul Frostsky that spawns for the Kromrif Military Leggings quest(the alternate version of this quest) is. And the quest Korf's HP and damage output are pretty much right in line with the typical level 45ish mob.

Maybe you are too low level to land a snare or root on him.
My lvl 60 necro friend and I kill him for faction and we snare and root him all the time.
